Cookie Policy

Effective: March 16, 2026 · Last updated: September 4, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Harrisey Labs, LLC ("FIDA," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service"). This Policy is part of our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags (collectively, "cookies" in this Policy).

2. What We Actually Use

The FIDA website is intentionally light on tracking. Today it sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. As of the date above, here is the picture:

Strictly Necessary and Functional Storage

Apart from the shop cart described below, the website works without setting cookies or browser storage of its own. Where we use strictly necessary or functional storage (for example, to remember a preference or to keep your cart), it is used only to make the Service work, it does not track you across sites, and no consent is required for strictly necessary storage.

Analytics

Our website analytics service, Vercel Analytics, is cookieless: it measures aggregate traffic (such as page views) without setting cookies, without fingerprinting you across sites, and without building a profile of you.

The Shop

Our merchandise shop runs on Shopify. The shop page on this website shows product listings that our server fetches from Shopify; product images load in your browser from Shopify's image servers. The page sets no cookies on fi-da.app. When you add something to your cart, the cart itself is held by Shopify and the website keeps only the cart's reference id in your browser's local storage (functional storage) so the cart is still there when you come back; it holds no personal data, and Shopify discards an untouched cart after about ten days. Like any web request, Shopify's servers receive your IP address and browser details when product images load or when your cart changes. When you choose Checkout or Buy now, you leave this website for Shopify's checkout. Shopify sets its own cookies there, described in Shopify's privacy policy, and what we collect when you order is described in the shop's Privacy Policy.

The Mobile App

The FIDA app does not use browser cookies. It stores preferences on your device and keeps authentication tokens in your device's secure storage so you stay signed in. The app contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs; see our Privacy Policy for the service providers we use.

3. Third-Party Cookies

We do not currently permit third parties to place cookies on your device through the Service, and we do not use cookies to serve third-party behavioral advertising.

4. If Our Use of Cookies Changes

If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future (for example, additional analytics or attribution for marketing campaigns), we will update this Policy first, and where required by law (including for EU and UK visitors) we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner or preference controls before setting them.

5. Managing Cookies

  • Browser controls: most browsers allow you to view, manage, block, and delete cookies and site data through settings. Blocking all storage may affect Service functionality.
  • Do Not Track: we do not respond to Do Not Track signals, because our site does not track you across other sites in the first place.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via the Service.
